You guys are honestly getting it right. your site, your service and your products are giving people what they asked for. Personally i'm really happy with your path and wish you the best of success. Happy customer is happy customer.
When you get problems you call for help. I don't usually do that but this company is always improving their customer service so why not. They are fair and won't just giveaway anything without being in the wrong, however, with the right complaint and attitude you can definitely get what you want and more. I was waiting for my new iPhone 3g while I sent my BlackBerry back and because of complications it took about 2 weeks worth to get it delivered. I wasn't too pleased and spoke of the situation, also adding that I didn't use my phone during this time and they were willing to comp me for some of the charges that I would have otherwise incurred, but since no activity was showing they understood and made the situation fair.
